I placed an order several months ago. They gave a tracking number that says delivered. I never got my glasses. I have informed delivery as well and know nothing arrived that day. I reached out to customer service and they weren’t helpful at all. What a scam

Update on my last review: They finally arrived 2 months after I ordered, the prescription is terrible I can’t even wear them. They look terrible and can’t be bothered to even try to return them. I did order from FIRMOO - 2 pairs - and received them within 10 days, prescriptions were on point, and the frames are great. DO NOT buy from Lensmart!!!!!! If I could give -1000 I would. Terrible customer service, and clearly the same generated response for everyone. As you can tell from these reviews, worst online glasses company!!!!

Do not buy. The "support" team will absolutely refuse to give you any information for a return. The "support" phone number is always busy, there is no adress listed amd the "support" team will do the absolute best the can to give you the run around on returns. Be warned stay away. The below response you see from this "company" is the only kind of response you might get out of them. You will never get any more detailed information out of them.

This company has to be the worst. My husband and family, have been ordering glasses online for years. I ordered a pair from LensMart. I received the first pair. The frame is nice and lens are ok. The price was great so I decided to buy another pair. Although, the first pair didn't have transitional lens. I sent LesMart an email regarding this matter. The responds clearly reveal this customer service rep. didn't know what they were talking about. I ordered another pair and the lens are not prescription. The solution from LensMart. They will send me new lens and I put them in the lens myself. Using a U tube video for installation. This is so appalling! I'm guessing this company is oversea's. When will I LEARN! THIS SITE IS TERRIBLE.

Terrible customer service and product. I ordered glasses and accidentally sent my prescription for contact lenses. They used that anyway and now won’t refund me bc it was my mistake. Clearly not a real company that has real opthamolgists or they would have caught this. I asked to pay the difference and get the correct prescription and was told I could only use pay pal which I don’t use. So they told me to have a friend do it for me. What a joke!!

This is the third time I received my glasses from this company. The first time it was my fault, I didn't look at the weight of the frames they where extremely heavy on my face, I sent them back the very next day. The new pair I ordered was perfect, but it took forever. This time I ordered once again it took forever, and this time I love the frames, but I can't see anything and got a headache instantly and still have a headache, this is not my prescription, also my prescription has not changed since the first too ordered. I'm so pissed off it's not even funny. I guess they have to many orders, and can't handle them. I will not be ordering from them anymore. My blood pressure is boiling, I'm really pissed it make me want to trash them on all social media platforms. Don't waste your time, and I mean a lot of time waiting almost two months. I will be sending them back immediately for my refund. They have truly ruined my day.

They said they shipped my glasses. They didn't even put my full address on them and they wrote perishable food on the box. Usps said they discarded it because it didn't have a full address, no return address and wrote perishable. They also said the package couldn't contain glasses it wasn't wide or long enough and shipping only cost 98 cents. THEY WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK CONTACTING BBB

I never received my order! I went to the USPS and was told my order was ship to the incorrect address. It is not my job to become a detective and knock on people's doors to get my order. I am requesting a refund or replacement merchandise. Please if anyone read this! I suggest you don't order anything from this company! I truly believe it's a scam!
