I must admit I was a little cautious…
I must admit I was a little cautious buying from Lensmart at first but the customer service was first class and helped me with a muddled I got into. The frames, when they arrived, literally blew me away!!! Absolutely stunning and suited me perfectly. I am going to order the same frames but in a different colour. I have total confidence with Lensmart. You won't regret it xx

I had an issue with my order because the package I received contained the wrong items due to a shipping mix-up. At first I was worried, but the Lensmart customer service team responded very quickly and professionally. They investigated the problem immediately, communicated with the shipping company, and arranged for my order to be reshipped without any hassle. Throughout the process they were kind, helpful, and kept me updated. Mistakes can happen during shipping, but what matters most is how a company handles them. In my experience, Lensmart provided excellent customer service and resolved the issue much faster than I expected. Thank you to the Lensmart team for your support and assistance. The glasses arrived intact
The glasses arrived intact. I had some issues with one of them but the Customer Service was excellent and we could solve the problem in a short amount of time. They were very helpful and understanding. These were my 3rd and 4th glasses from them, I really recommend them.

Quick customer support service
Just ordered prescription glasses for my mom, but I wasn't sure whether I filled out the form correctly, so I reached out to Lensmart via Messenger and email as well; yes, via both platforms, because I was not sure which one is checked more frequently. 😅 Turns out their customer support team is really on top, because I got a response on both platfom within like half a day! They were really helpful and confirmed that the form was filled out correctly. Now I just really hope that my mom will like her new glasses. 😊

I’m really happy with these sunglasses
I’m really happy with these sunglasses! They’re lightweight, comfortable to wear, and look even better in person. The lenses provide good sun protection, and the frame feels sturdy without being heavy. I’ve received several compliments already. Great quality for the price!
