Worse Eyeglass Manufacturer Ever
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are completely incompetent and are unable to make a lens you can see through. I bought 2 pair,, the frames were lovely but the bifocal area was way to high and made me dizzy to wear. I wrote a bad review and they said they would send me a set of replacement lens if I removed my bad review. But the replacement lens are worse than the origional. Even after drawing much farther down on the lens where I wanted the bifocal area to begin. Please save your money and order from Zenni or Clearly Canadian,, never had problems with the.

They have an idiot sitting there who…
They have an idiot sitting there who fills out the invoices..... They tried to proof me wrong that I filled it out wrong. When I sent them a picture of my prescription ....my prescription said clearly +3.00 on both eyed....they send me - How can it be that it is MY FAULT ????? THIS COMPANY IS JUST BS.... SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. I URGE YOU....

Lensmart is such a rip-off
Lensmart is such a rip-off! I ordered three pair of glasses from them (I had ordered four, but they said one was too big). When I got them ONE MONTH LATER, the prescription was wrong on every single one of them. They claim I entered it wrong on EVERY PAIR. I know my prescription by heart, so that is an impossibility. The frames were so cheaply made - hard plastic and they looked cheap as well. Not such a great deal after all! And I found out they are based in China!!! They won't refund my money, either. So I am out a ton of money and ended up doing what I should have in the first place - I went to a locally owned optometrist and orders some cute glasses for almost the same price and they are gorgeous and well made and excellent customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Use this company if you want to support China. Or you can support your local business owner and not get ripped off. So disappointing. And I tried at least 50 times to reach a person on phone but the lines were busy, even at Midnight. I will NEVER buy glasses online from Lensmart again.

Won’t Refund Until I Remove Review
After leaving a review about the poor quality of the glasses (which are completely unwearable), customer service has refused to refund me until I remove my negative review. This company is unscrupulous and you should not waste your money on their terrible products!!

Overall bad experience
Terrible customer service, extremely long wait time for delivery and the site was showing the wrong currency so I was charged significantly more than I thought I was paying. There are many better online glasses companies I've had way better experiences with. Will not be ordering again.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!! One number off on prescription and they want me (a senior) to pay shipping to send back and pay another $49..When I already paid $67 The customer service is really horrible and it takes forever in shipping them out. Now I ask for a refund I get no response from them!! Glad I am not the only one giving bad review!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!I just checked my prescriptions from where I normally order glasses and none of them have a – sign in them so I believe you all edited my order & prescription. Return my money I will go to the top for being ripped off! When can I except my refund?

ZERO STARS. THEY SENT MY GLASSES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AMD WONT TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! ! USPS lITERALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY ENTERED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS WHEN THEY PRINTED THE LABEL. NEVER WILL SHOP WITH THSM AGAIN. THEY LITERALLY SAID OH WELLL. WE SENT THE GLASSES. SORRY WE PUT THE INCORRECT NUMBER. ITS TOTALLY NOT OUR FAULT

I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. The glasses are great. The customer service is 100% a joke. Just know that if you have to return or exchange something you’ll be talking to a robot the entire time and it will take well over a month to communicate. They have to “confirm your response” and will “arrange the next step after your confirmation” I’ve never dealt with such bull

Sorry for the inconvenience.Since the frame you want to replace can only be customized with polarized sunglasses, and the frame you return is not customized with polarized sunglasses. There is a price difference between the two lenses, so we need to confirm with you the type of lens you need. If you want the same lenses as the returned frames, you will need to replace the frames, and if you want polarized sunglasses, you will need to pay for re-customized lenses. If you want a refund, the lenses are custom made and cannot be re-sold, and according to our policy, only 70% of the lenses and 100% of the frames can be refunded.
