Lensmart is not honoring their return policy for a refund of 100% of the frame cost and 70% of the cost of lenses. I would not ever ever order from them again. It cost me $68 to find this out. Don’t be a victim too. I have communicated with many others who have had similar bad experiences. DO NOT ORDER FROM LENSMART.

STAY AWAY. Do not buy prescription glasses from them. They will create extra steps...one by one...without ever solving your problem. It is a waste of money. Emails take forever and do not resolve anything. Go to Zenni. Go anywhere else but here.

Very rude customer service - they expect you to do all their work for you. You cannot return without a huge inconvenience. They want you to send pictures of you wearing the glasses and they keep asking you to jump through hoops. DO NOT BUY from this company !!!

I would give a zero if possible. I ordered glasses and paid for them online. I’ve ordered from many other companies with no problems. I received an email saying that my pupil distance wouldn’t work for the glasses that I ordered. They expected me to go find another pair that would fit my pupil distance out of hundreds of pairs. All the other companies tell you when you order if your pupil distance will work. I asked for a refund three times and they would not. I ended up just picking something and you cannot see out of the sides of the glasses. It is blurry Like who does this? Worst experience ever. Love Zenni, Zeelol, and Zooglam.

Finally received glasses and they’re going right back! They’re supposed to be a clear pink and they’re ugly pink plastic ! Huge bug Looking. Horrid !

I ordered prescription glasses from them and they sent me the wrong prescription and now want me to pay to fix the problem when it’s them that sent the wrong prescription. I even sent them a copy of what I ordered and they are still saying I put the prescription wrong. The receipt they sent me with the glasses even has the wrong prescription written on it. I sent them a picture of what I ordered and what they sent and they still won’t fix the problem. The prescription on the glasses they sent are strong and i can’t even see. It’s so blurry. I won’t ever order from them again. Horrible customer service.

Progressive prescription was put in correctly but both came so bad and blurry and I cannot reach anyone at the company! I wis I had read more reviews prior to purchasing! Sooo angry and disappointed! Should have known it was too good to be true.

terrible service. i have tried calling, left messages, and sent an email. when i call it’s dead number. i have been waiting on my glasses for almost a month and when it said it was delivered to my towns usps facility it then said that the package was arriving late. i went to the post office and they have nothing for my address. all i want to do is talk to someone who can help me
