Excellent Customer Service!

This was the first time I purchased reading glasses from Lensmart. The glasses arrived in reasonable timing, however, upon opening the glasses case, I found that the the left lens is contained within the ziploc bag and not installed into the frame. Upon closer inspection, I found the frame is broken where the screw is attached. I took pictures of the broken frame and the lens and emailed them to Lensmart to report the defective product. Lensmart responded to me right away. They apologized for the inconvenience caused, offered to send me a replacement pair and did not require me to return the broken product ( This is really great as it would be a waste of postage to ship the damaged product back to them). As the frame that I purchased was no longer in stock, Lensmart asked me to pick a different frame. I picked a slightly more expensive frame and paid the difference. Once I have paid the difference, Lensmart processed the replacement glasses and shipped it to me. I have received my new pair of reading glasses today! This time, the lens are securely installed within the frame, everything is in tact and the glasses fit me perfectly! Although I was disappointed that the original frame came broken, I was very impressed with Lensmart Customer Service! Lensmart Customer Service handled my case professionally and speedily without making things difficult for me. I had a very pleasant experience with Lensmart Customer Service.
