I got a notice that my glasses were ready to ship back on August 3rd, 2023. I have checked this order daily because I need my GLASSES. Sometimes being cheap is not always better. I should have just ordered my glasses from Lencrafter.

I purchased glasses. I took my glasses off one day and the stem just broke. For the life of meI have tried to figure out what happened to my glasses that the stem broke and one of the rhinestones fell out. I just want them to send me a new frame. You can't get in touch with them. Bogus phone numbers. They really have.great eyeglasses. But the glasses need adjustments .Where am I supposed to take them? I WOULLD EVEN CONSIDER ORDERING AGAIN IF MY GLASSES ARE REPLACED ACCORDING TO THE WARRANTY.I am disabled. I don't have money to replace glasses again. Lensmart you out to be ashamed of yourselves for fraudulent and deceptive business practices. God sees everything. No one is above his correction. If you don't send me replacement eye glasses , According to your policy there is a 365 day (1 year) replacement policy.I am devestated that my glasses broke. I am very upset. The telephone numbers given are bogus. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Lensmart should be integral and professional at all levels from upper management to the lower levels of the company. When you live on a fixed income it is hard to make it in this world today. If you don't replace my eyeglasses may the Blood of Jesus stand against you and bring this company under heavy judgment. God looks high and low. He watches over his word to perform it.

Frames were great HOWEVER, the lens were horrible. The progressive part was way to high and distorted my vision. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. All communications have to be done via email. Getting a refund is difficult and you will not get 100% of your money back. My optometrist confirmed the progressive part was to high for me. They do not take any measurements for eye center of the lens. Buyer beware of this. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

Wow just wow! This company is ridiculous! How is it even up and running....first I ordered my glasses and I had my prescription filled out when I ordered my glasses and it should of went through because it didn't say it didn't go through...so I been tacking my order time to time and it stated that my glasses were in process or something like that....so thought everything was good...and when I realized it's been like 22 days and hasn't arrived I try tracking my glasses and this time around it said my tracking number is not an existing order like wth! So I email them and their reply back stating that I didn't have a prescription sent in with my order 🙄 like okay I never got any email from them stating that....I'm levied!!!! Now who knows how long this is going to be!!! This company needs better system then what they are doing!!!!!

I tried ordering glasses the online virtual checker. It did not work. My glasses were huge. Mistakes happen. However, there customer service is horrible! They ship packages without a return address. I asked for the address to ship my glasses back to. They asked me what was wrong, and then after I replied, they asked me to send me a picture wearing them. Absolutely ridiculous! Scam company

**UPDATE: The company tried to reach out to me (see response below) to "help" me and when I contacted them, they told me they couldn't do anything else for me. It's funny how they tried to make it seem like they wanted to help in order to make people who are reading my comment believe that their customer service isn't that bad 😂 WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!! I placed an order, and had to cancel 2 days later. The order had not even been processed yet and they still charged me 30$!!!!! If the order has been shipped I would completely understand that the return would be to the customers expense but the fact that it wasn't even processed yet is disgusting. THIEVES!! And if you want to speak to someone, online chat opens at 4:30pm so you will be getting messages at 3:00AM in the morning..... ridiculous customer service!!!!!!!

I’ve been waiting for my glasses! I emailed them paid for fast delivery and still haven’t got a answer Except their still under manufaturing ! It’s been two weeks and says exact same thing ! I asked for a refund on the delivery as I needed them. For a event and NOPE can’t get it on fast delivery I paid extra for ! Once I receive mine if I ever do I Won’t be going through again !

I will NEVER order from this company again. Glasses were too big, so wanted to return and exchange. They send very vague instructions days following your questions, leaving you still questioning what the steps to replacement are. I love online order company's whom are clear, concise and respond immediately. I ended up throwing my glasses in the garbage with no replacement or refund. Lesson Learned
