I recieved the glasses in a respectable time frame and good condition. The eyeglasses are really amazing! They’re sturdy and I use them often as their prescription. I’ve recieved so many compliments on them. Lensmart is amazing!

I placed an order for glasses and accidentally put the wrong PD. I contacted Lensmart immediately when realized what had done . The glasses had already been processed but they were more than kind, changing the lenses for the correct PD. The customer service rep updated me on each step until the glasses were shipped . It’s nice to not have to pay a fortune for cute quality glasses so I am able to purchase several pairs (a work pair , a pair for watching television and a pair for carrying in my purse ).
