Going through a problem with them at this time. They are blaming it on me. But they had gotten a copy of my original prescription from my eye Dr. Not just once but 3 times. Then I had to write them maybe 20 times.and I don't know if I have gotten anywhere or not. It is frustrating. They can waste all the time they want. Because the more they waste time,on there so cslled excuses they are still on the clock. And getting paid. But I'm not. I wished I would of read the reviews, before I ordered from this company. Needless to say. I will never ever work with this so called company.

I contacted them because the PD was switched on my glasses and asked for a replacement pair. After verifying my prescription, they blamed me for the error and stated I would just have to buy another pair. I would honestly go to Zeelool instead. They at least offer you a full refund.

Fraudulent advertising, descriptions are not accurate, refuse to honor their own posted return policy, frames are cheap and flimsy. The frames fit poorly and the sizing does not match what is advertised. I should have given more consideration to the bad reviews. This company is a joke, stay away from them. Those bad reviews you see are 100% accurate, make sure you view ALL reviews, not just the good ones that are filtered through. Customer service is nonexistent and useless. ***Love how their reply to this review says you can get a refund, yet I have been going back and forth for 7 DAYS and still can't get an address to return, just a runaround with useless responses each time. But hey, thanks Lensmart for confirming that you offer refunds. It helps when I file complaints with every possible outlet and dispute the charges with my bank. Shows how your business is a fraud.

Didn't get a pair a I paid for and the ones I did get were wrong and I never could return them to get them fixed

I should have read the reviews more thoroughly before trying to place an order with your scam company. I see several other customers who have had the same issues with you. You are terrible to keep money from hard working people trying to purchase items from you. This is false advertising. I have only had one prescription fr glasses, 2.75, you are misinformed to say that I entered something different. What a rip off you are. Not to be trusted. I will be leaving a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the U.S. TRADE COMMISSION. Shame on you. Diane Murphy, I am not going to send you any more money for anything. Your review will reflect you bad service.

i was attracted to the style of the frames more than anything. The reviews on the page seems mostly postive so i went ahead and ordered a pair. Mind you this is the first time i needed prescription glasses so kind of new at this all. The part that i am having a hard time with it the fact that they use bogus tracking. my order has been sitting in woodridge, IL for weeks and hasn't moved from the "express facility". googling about packages in woodridge,IL sitting for weeks brought my attention to a website review page Reddit comments Woodridge Illinois and Fast Track Express : r/usps_complaints). within the comments someone share a link to track package in china. i put my tracking in the search and sure enough it popped up in SHANGHAI NOT Woodridge,IL. not sure how this false tracking is allowed? still without my glasses which i fear from searching more and see the true reviews of poor quality and wrong prescription lenses being used. thankfully i ordered a pair from Zenni's which is in the USA and has great reviews. never again lensmart😌

I chose to order from a less expensive company, bad choice! I really liked the frame, but the lenses were terrible. My far vision field of view was too small, so if I slightly look to the side everything was blurry, which makes me off balance. I tried to acclimate to them for a week. I contacted them about replacing the lenses, and they did respond in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I was outside the 15-day window because I had dealt with a death in the family, and a hurricane! Eventually I hope to find a glasses company that will redo the lenses into these frames.

This company is fake. I ordered a pair of glasses that was 70.00 dollars and after waiting 2 months, I never received them. I asked for a refund multiple times, they wouldn’t give me the money back. So luckily I went through PayPal and they refunded me my money. Stay away from this company. Avoid the Headache!!!!
