The shipping is EXTREMELY slow. The price might be good but just know it will be a month+ after you order to receive product. The company doesnt have a phone number and the chat & email response you get is very robotic. No actually customer service. I wouldn't recommend to anyone & would encourage you to look elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of glasses last friday and canceled within 24 hours!!!(the weekend) Now they want to take 10% of my payment because they claimed it was already processed!! Really??? NO where in their return/cancel policy does it say they charge 10% for cancellation!!! I am taking this matter up with PayPal! This place IS a scam! I should have read All their negative reviews!!!!! I would post a photo of their cancel/return policy from their website but of course I Can't Do That!!!! I would give a Zero review if I could!!!

This company did not send my eyeglasses to the right address. They tried to tell me I put in the wrong address, but: 1) I've never done so before, and; 2) I had never heard of the address they sent it to. I have tried to get them to reimburse my credit card, but Lensmart refuses to do it.

Horrible customer service! Will never order again.

Placed my first order with Lensmart on September 20th, 2023. I also placed my regular order for my husband and daughter on September 20th, 2023 with Zenni as usual. My Lensmart order is still “processing” while my Zenni order is set to deliver on Thursday September 28th, 2023. Two days from now. I am in such disbelief, especially for my first order. How incredibly slow. Mind you, my husband has bifocals, my daughter has single vision glasses, in total, I ordered 4 pair for my daughter and 3 pair for my husband for a total of 7 pairs and they’ve already been manufactured and shipped. I have single vision as well and I only ordered for myself from Lensmart. I ordered 6 pairs for myself. I read the shipping thing on their website, but I never expected to get my Zenni order before the Lensmart order. I had actually ordered from Lensmart in hopes of dumping Zenni. I think I’ll stick with Zenni moving forward.

I placed order for 2 pairs of glasses 9.23.23, then found out my eye prescription didn't have the required "PD" part of Rx so I cancelled both glasses same day. I am very discouraged to see Lensmart has NO PHONE NUMBER to call and speak to representatives, only Email. I have sent numerous messages online and several emails to cancel until I can get complete eye prescription. Lensmart charged my card on the 23rd!! and has still not replied to confirm CANCELLATION. How can they charge me when prescription is incomplete!!? What kind of business is this? I am going to file formal complaint. UPDATE* see reply below. LENSMART is an automated-response driven shady business. I've been emailing them 4 straight days in a row! YOU CANNOT CALL OR TALK TO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THERE IS NONE! I dare someone real to give me a number to call for LENSMART. Go read all the bad comments & review s on FB, IG & Twitter!

Scam company !Buyer beware ! After jumping through a bunch of hoops to try to get them to ammend a situation with a pair of frames that were suppose to be silver but are gold , sending piuctures and videos , they offered little options and no refund !Ive bought online from credible stores but this is NOT one ! theres a reason they have SO MANY ONE STAR REVIEWS ! Honestly I would give ZERO stars if that was an option ! Whatever lensmart Reply is I PROMISE IS A LIE ! Hence so many one star reviews !!!!!! First they asked for pictures which I sent ! They were gold Then they wanted a video which I sent ! also gold and filmed it next to silverware ! Then they wanted a picture of serial numbers which I sent ! They are intentionally time wasters till you are so frustraded you just say screw it and give up ! Then They want me to ship their terrible cheap product back to china , knowing damm well it will cost more than its worth in order to initiate an exchange !!!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY! YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY! Always when checking out reviews look to the most critical ! that will tell you who they really are ! I am sorry I didnt check the reviews first!!!!!

My prescription was sent in. I received the glasses while I was away. When I got home and was finally able to try them on the prescription was clearly wrong and my vision was completely blurred while wearing the glasses despite me sending in a photo of my doctor's prescription. I missed the 15-day deadline to process a return despite the fact that this was their error I am now stuck with a pair of glasses I cannot use. Do not waste your time or money! Terrible customer service!
