Worst product, worst customer service, worst company. AVOID!! Positive reviews are PAID and untrue. Glasses highly distorted after very carefully placing my order/prescription. They blamed me. Email responses took at least 24 hours, and never sent a return address until it was outside of the allotted timeframe—how convenient. Return address is a residential address—such a scam. Look it up on Google: 5636 Birchbay Ct. Rancho Cucamonga CA 91737. Filed complaint with BBB who has multiple complaints also Addendum: So they responded (below) that they want my order # so they can ‘check it’…? For what? They were delivered and I wanted to return but you screwed around back and forth until it was too late like you do with ALL returns. I CANT SEE out of either pair of glasses!! You assured me you had the Rx correct according to what I submitted. What’s more to CHECK?! If you were a reputable company, you wouldn’t have all these complaints. You would issue refunds for products that are faulty. I am out $100 and know I will NEVER order from you again and I am telling everyone.

I ordered from this company on the 9th of September it's now been 18 business days. I still don't have my order. I've sent email and messages and then commented on their post on Instagram, they deleted my comment and never responded to my other forms of communication. They said it's on schedule to deliver on time but I don't know what time that is, no delivery time.

The lenses are heavy and the metal frame is thick! It feels like I have 1 tone of metal hanging on my face. I hated my glasses, it was a waste of time and money! DISSAPOINTED!

Lensmart is a terrible company. Based on my experience, I recommend you look elsewhere for eyeglasses. You certainly cannot rely on their published return policy. They do not honor it. Customer service is nonexistent. My advice is to avoid Lensmart. ***Lensmart is trying to make it appear as though they are interested in working with me to fix issues (see their reply.) However, it’s a bogus insincere attempt. It’s not real. I have been down this road with them. I can only strongly advise, based on my personal experience, that you NEVER do business with Lensmart.

Do not purchase progressive lenses from this company. My RX progressive lenses are only not clear if I look forward, there is no peripheral vision at all. I contacted them to return the glasses and get a refund and this is the answer I received: are you sure the RX is correct? Send RX I did this over and over and again. They’re absolutely horrible. No phone just emailing back forth and didn’t take responsibility for anything. I have been wearing progressive lenses for years. The response from lensmart indicates that they are not competent in providing this type of prescription lens. Now, I am out of my money and without proper prescription glasses."

Placed my order on 09/11/2023, still have not received my glasses. Seems a bit excessive. I will give it some more time before I order them from somewhere else. More than likely I just wasted $100.

My order was placed on the 11th not the 12th! I removed my comment and was told the order would be sent out asap and blah blah blah, well here it is 2 1/2 weeks later and its still in woodridge wherever. I really wished i'd looked at the reviews. I've since order from Zeelool and guess what after 5 days my order is almost here. So no thanks to you all ill have my prescription with beautiful glasses. UPDATE: still agent received anything….jeeze it’s been almost a month.

I ordered glasses that took 3 weeks to receive. When I did receive them I wasn’t able to wear them. The prescription is way off. The glasses are so blurry I get dizzy. When I contact the company about the glasses it’s a week of emails going back and forth. They ask the same questions over and over without any solution. Big waste of money. I would never use them again or recommend this company to anyone. Big thumbs down
