Go to a real brick and mortar store…
Go to a real brick and mortar store these people are awful. They made 2 pairs of glasses wrong. Claim it's because the prescription is wrong and now want me to pay for it again. Full price. Fraudulent company.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We checked your original prescription and the prescription filled out on your order and you did fill in the wrong prescription. The SPH on your original prescription form is "+", but the prescription SPH on your order form is "-'. So there is no doubt that you filled out your prescription incorrectly. Since lenses are custom-made products and cannot be re-sold, if you want to re-customize lenses, you will need to pay for lenses again. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding in advance.

Purchased glasses with prescription did…
Purchased glasses with prescription did not have option to choose other than reading. Now I would like to return at my expense and the address is a house that is for sale in rancho Cucamonga? CS seems robotic. Buyer beware!

Sorry for the inconvenience. You did upload your original prescription, your original prescription is a progressive prescription, but you ordered reading lenses, and we only customize the lenses ordered by the customer. As we all know, progressive lenses cost much more than reading lenses, so why do you pay for reading lenses and ask us to customize progressive lenses for you? We have already customized reading lenses for you according to your original prescription, it is not our responsibility to order the wrong lenses, we can only provide you with 70% lenses and 100% lens refunds. Thanks for your cooperation.

They made 2 pairs of glasses without…
They made 2 pairs of glasses without getting all the required information from me after I gave a Dr prescription. When I contacted them they told me my frames will not work for my lens prescription and to send it back but I have to pay for shipping both times and pay any difference. They website at the time said free returns, they now have it changed. I screenshot it before they reflected it. I tried to get my money back from PayPal and they claim they can not. I'm stuck with 2 pairs of glasses I paid 98 for and they can't be used. They told me "to just accept it" Response to Lensmart, no, that's incorrect. You did not have the Pupillary Distance and made them anyways. You stated that the glasses I was given would not work with my Pupillary Distance. Do your research people, I wish I looked into them further because I'm not alone with my negative review. Also, they are not backed by the BBB and are not registered with the secretary of state in California or Illinois.

I ordered new lens on 9/17/23 and paid…
I ordered new lens on 9/17/23 and paid extra for faster delivery. Today is 10/5/23 and NO glasses NO communication, the phone number listed for customer service will not accept my call. I would suggest ZENNI optical as they have promptly deliver my orders correctly and quickly. If you want to be disregarded after payment this is the site for you JRINAZ

DO NOT buy if you want progressive lenses
Unfortunately I read all the negative reviews after my glasses with incorrect prescription lenses arrived, and I was given the run around. Similar to hundreds of negative reviews, if you need progressive lenses DO NOT purchase from this company. They most likely will be incorrectly made. You will go back and forth in daily emails until your refund/return days are used up. Every email asks you to perform a task to confirm they made the right lenses. Each time telling you that you are wrong and they are correct. Even having my eye Dr confirm they were incorrectly made didn't satisfy. You will get nowhere with this scammy company.

I have been trying for a week to get a refund for my glasses .they just keep making excuses . All I want is a REFUND !

You contacted us on September 30 and said you ordered the wrong lenses, you ordered bifocal, you wanted progressive lenses. It is not our responsibility to order the wrong lenses. Lenses are custom-made products and cannot be sold twice, and you need to pay for customized progressive lenses if you want to change to progressive lenses. If you are not willing to pay for the re-order lenses, you can get a refund, which is 70% of the lenses and 100% of the frames. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding in advance.

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. Took forever to receive. Then you only have 15 days from when you receive them to return. Company takes there food old time going back and forth with you before they will approve return. Nowhere on the website where you can request a return. I used my glasses with the supposedly correct prescription for one hour and got horrible motion sickness and a migraine. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not order from here
