Refused a refund when they use a terrible shipping partner that won't deliver the order. That's not the customer fault, but theirs. Don't order from them

I have been waiting for my glasses for over a month. They send me an email saying they broke my glasses and they’re working on it but they haven’t even made progress in 1 month. I’m starting feel like I waisted my money

Lensmart is the worst company on the internet! There ordering is confusing. They got my order wrong and when I contacted them via email because they don't have phone customer service (they have no customer service at all) they told me it was my fault and asked for more money to replace with the correct lenses. I paid the additional funds and then they said that they would only send the lenses and I would have to install them on the frame... or else I would have to send the glasses back and pay MORE money for return shipping! GlassesUSA has always served me much better. They have excellent customer service! Lensmart is awful! I'll never use them again!

Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM LENSMART. They have horrible customer service! I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and they produced the lenses incorrectly. They refuse to give me a refund when they made a mistake. They want me to pay to ship the glasses back and then they will refund 75% of the lenses and 100% of the frames. In what world does the customer need to pay because a company delivered the product incorrectly. The customer service is horrible and they refuse to fix the issue. I tried to have the lenses sent to an address and they cannot guarantee delivery within a 4 week period. The will also not refund my money for a mistake they made. They BUY good reviews by sending free glasses to people on social media. The production is a lot longer then stated online. I even paid for a faster delivery and they missed that deadline. And when they make a mistake the consumer pays for it. RUN...... do not purchase anything from this company.

Is been more than a month and still havent received my glasses. They keep lying in the email about the process. Tired of excuses. Do not purchase here I wish I was aware.

I wanted to be hopeful that this company would be legitimate but the bad reviews are true. Don’t but progressive glasses from them. I can see far with the glasses but very blurry to work on computer and reading so I thought that if I got smaller height in frames it would help with the progressive lenses but they asked me to PayPal them more money for different frames so I did that but now I have to pay to send back the glasses before they process new glasses. Problem is I can’t be without glasses for another 6 weeks, I need to be able to see a little bit. Very disappointed, I would have bought more glasses if they would just make this right. Send me replacement glasses so I can see. Policy needs changing. That’s it. Why would Lensmart still want to debate with me? Saying I have a non qualified issue! I can’t see my work on the computer? Do better with customer service.

My order took several weeks. My glasses has a cloudy tint that is unable to cleanse. Also I am not impressed with the quality. Actually they are flimsy. I reached out to customer service and they wanted a video. I sent pictures and video. Of course you can’t see the cloudy tint. Then they asked for my prescription and my PD. Next time I should look at reviews. They are readers! Will return to Zenni where customer service rocks and outstanding quality.

Bad experience a total a headache! I wait more then a month to get my glasses and when I got them were so big, loose, low quality and when I contact them to return it; they said they will return ONLY a 70% and you have to pay for shipping cost!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
