DO NOT buy progressives because they will not be right. Then you only get 70% and 10% back. Don't think they will correct the problem. They will blame you for not getting adjusted.

I just received my eye wear today my 1st time ordering from them the frames are beautiful, but one pair the length was just lying in the plastic bag when I opened it broken and there is no information on how to return them and I can't find any number no way of contacting customers service

Received my new glasses last week and am so disappointed! They are huge! Sit on my cheeks. Do they only come in a large size?? Had looked at this pair for quite awhile and was so excited when they came only to very disappointed! Cant wear them , so quests they'll b go into trash!!😓

My order was placed on August 4, 2022 and the status still says preparing. I sent several emails to customer service and no one has responded. This is very unprofessional. I have paid my money for the glasses and would like to receive an update. Order# C80562980536014663.

I ordered a pair of glasses, received them in about two weeks, there is no way I can see out of the lenses, as well as they really hurt my nose, they are heavy. I only gave two stars because it got them fairly quickly, coming from East China. I've contacted CS three times asking for an address to send them to and cannot get the information. If this doesn't do it, I'll be contacting my bank. I don't want to be one of those kinds of people, but this is ridiculous. I have SEVEN days from the date of delivery to return. It was THREE days. UPDATE: Right after posting my review I did receive a refund as they had stated. It wasn't a full refund, but I'm happy that the majority of the cost was given back to me. I ordered prescription glasses, they came quickly and they were very nice glasses. However there was something wrong with the Rx. They said that they got the Rx right, but my eyes said that they didn't, I notified them within 1-3 days of receiving them. There was some back and forth for a few days about whether or not I wanted to try new lenses. I decided that I did not want to reorder new lenses with them. I wanted a full refund. They gave me the address to return the glasses to. Here's where I messed up, in my haste to get the glasses shopped back within their turnaround window, I forgot to put the order number in the box with the returned glasses. I realized it after I mailed them off. What I did put in with the glasses was a copy of the email from Lensmart saying that I could get the full refund along with the address to send them back to. On that paper was my full name my email address and a portion of my order number. I also notified customer service when I got the tracking notification that the gasses did arrive to their destination. The last I heard from the Customer Service Department was them requesting photos showing that the package was received on 4/26/22 I sent them a screenshot from the USPS website showing that the package was received, and a photo of the original receipt from the USPS showing the date I sent the package as well as the tracking #on 4/27/22. I had hoped that by providing them with that information they could somehow link that returned item back to me. So far I have not heard anything at all from that company. I do realize that I screwed up and complicated the matter. However I do think that they must have some sort of communication between the people that work at the Rancho Cucamonga facility and the home office/customer service department

As a first time buyer from this site, I received my new prescription glasses last month and loved them! However the color of my frames were starting to chip off and peel. Since i have not had them that long i asked customer service if I was able to return my frames for new ones. They said they would be able to help and asked for pictures of the chipped color. I said no problem. I sent 2 pretty clear photos and was told they were not clear and to send again. So i sent 4 more different pictures in great lighting, where you can clearly see the chipping and even wrote a description of where the chipping of the color was. I was then told they still could not notice anything. And was just sent there return policy. Which basically said that they couldn’t help me. I was so upset because i really wanted to love my purchase! Very upsetting that they couldn’t even try to help

I checked to see where this company is located before ordering. I didn't not want glasses from China.Ordered glasses over a month ago, so I believe they are coming from China. I order all of my glasses online, it takes about 10 days, the site said they are located in Washington. Never Again
