EDIT: As you can see Lensmart replied to my review. However, upon responding to their reply, NOTHING changed! Lensmart will not make this right. They do NOT offer 100% refund. They will not remake my lenses & only offer 50% refund. So disappointed! Fair warning... Do Not buy from them! ZERO stars!!! My frames are very poor quality. The left lens keeps popping out of the frame. Lenses have been made twice and are still not the correct prescription. The option offered to me now is 50% refund minus the cost of my "free shipping" & the cost of me shipping the glasses back to them. So basically, I've wasted over 2 months time and money to get nothing more than a headache.

I purchase a pair of glasses, so cute, i love them. But i dropped them and they broke. I need a frame replacement. I am aware I may have to pay the price of the frame. I sent an email and their response was that it is past the 15 day policy. That's ridiculous. So now these glasses are useless. Secondly, I recently ordered and received 3 additional pairs The prescription the doctor gave me was written wrong for the left lense. I asked if I could send them back and pay to replace that one lense on all 3 pairs. If not, my glasses are useless. Their response was the same, it's past 15 days. Are you kidding me! I will pay for the fix! I will never buy from Lensmart again. Their customer service stinks. I spent almost $200, I may as well threw it out the window.

I purchased 2 pairs of reading glasses, and when I received my glasses. They were so off. I asked my husband to see if can see the difference with my glasses. He noticed the big difference right away. I asked to return the glasses since I can't use them. They are giving me a hard time. I had purchased glasses before, and I never used them because they weren't correct. I had forgotten that I ordered from them until I found the glasses that I had ordered in the past. Don't get me wrong, the glasses are stunning, but I can't use them. Way stronger then my prescription. I had my optometrist look at them and he even said that it's not correct.

I ordered 4 pairs from Lensmart. My pair of sunglasses the lenses keep popping out so I contacted them. I send the pictures then they asked for a video so i sent a video of what it does. I can say the customer service isn’t too good. They asked me to confirm the pair of sunglasses so I did now it’s why didn’t you contact us when you first received them well it’s my third time wearing them a month later so I’m contacting as they are obviously defective and they don’t seem to want to help and keep asking useless questions as they don’t want to fix the issue. Not impressed with the customer service at all. They wrote back to me and say they will help me only if I delete my review. No thanks never dealing with this company again,

Ordered 2 pair exact same glasses. 1 prescription and 1 not because I liked the frame. Order took over 1 month to arrive. Frames looked nothing like the picture. Prescription lenses were so thick they stuck out from the frame touching my eyelash. I have previously ordered prescription glasses from them with the same frame size and never had a problem. I reached out to customer service explaining my dissatisfaction. They asked me to choose a different frame which, return my order in same packing and provide my tracking number via email which I did. They acknowledged receipt of my order. Almost another month goes by and after multiple inquiries, I finally received the replacement but only 1 pair!! When I asked them where my other pair was, their response was I never told them I was returning both so they did not send a 2nd pair back. Mind you they acknowledged my email saying they received both. They are refusing to return my 2nd pair or provide a refund. In addition the replacement pair is no better than the one I returned. I am appalled at how they are handling this especially from a customer that was pleased with previous orders and referred so many people to them. Truly unprofessional. UPDATE: They still refuse to send the glasses back that I returned or provide a refund even though i have an email acknowledging they received my return. Just note customer service is only good when you do not have an issue with their service. Absolutely the worst experience ever!!

I tried to cancel a day after I placed my order after looking at the reviews! It was a bad idea, at first when I asked a few questions about my PD they'd respond right away but once I asked about canceling and I noticed they charged 10% I was fine with. They never got back to me. I emailed again, nothing. It's like once they saw I wanna cancel they started ignoring me. Worst customer service ever!

Customer service sucks I've been waiting for my order for over a month and they won't refund my money. Not worth the effort.

The glasses I received were unwearable. They were like looking through a fish bowl in the lower half. They refused to refund any money after I returned them. Horrible experience and I am out $179 with no options and no glasses. Please save your money and go through a reputable company and not a company that does not stand behind their product.
