I purchased 3 pairs of prescription glasses. When I received my glasses, when you look through them everything is off balance and makes you extremely dizzy. When you tilt your head up and look down through the bottom, all objects distort into weird shapes. I paid for all 3 lenses again to be repaired. And the 2nd time I received them, same thing. Apparently these people do not know how to make lenses. The frames are okay but what good does that do if I can't see out of them??

Very dissapointed to find out that the frames size on their website vs what I received is not the same, the frame in reality is much larger than the size in the description, the frame size indicated on glasses arm is not the same as on their website, there is a huge difference!! The result is that frame is not according to my PD and I cannot see well. I've ordered glasses online for more than 10 years and I pay alot of attention to the frame size, PD fit, and lens thickness when I order glasses. The lenses are much thicker than 1.67 I've ordered. My vision with the glasses is not good. The seller provided no solution besides exchanging the frames, and I need to return product at my cost and deduct 30% of the value of the lenses from refund. They refund 70% of lenses and 100% of frame price, but frames are very cheap, lenses are way more costly, and shipping back too if I return I get 20$ back from 100$ I've paid roughly if they even refund me. Extremely dissatisfied with their customer service, no telephone # there is nobody to answer you live, they only respond copy paste messages on Messenger from time to time, they don't even bother to read the messages, they just copy and paste sorry message left and right. Terrible, to avoid at absolute cost, they don't even want to refund fully for their mistake and take responsibility for selling ill fitting glasses. Seller comments: the detailed dimensions of the frames are available on our website. Yeah, I know its based on those dimensions that I ordered these glasses, And IT IS WRONG! you made a mistake! Take responsibility you scammers!!

Terrible experience! Do NOT do business with this company. The phone is disconnected and you have to contact them only through email. They pretend to not understand what you say even when you show them pictures. It will take multiple emails with no resolution because they refuse to refund or replace their mistakes. The quality and workmanship is terrible and they do NOT stand behind poor workmanship. I ordered two pair of rimless glasses on November 2, 2023 and didn't receive the order until Decemmber 20. 2023 and both pairs of glasses were unusuable! The lens on progressive pair were different shapes and sizes, it looks like they combined two different pair of glasses lens into one pair of glasses. It's very noticable when you put them on that the left and the right lens are not the same. Since they were progressive lens that made the bifocal sections at different heights in each lens and you can't see through them right! I contacted them right away and sent pictures. They refused to either refund the money or remake the lens unless I paid for a whole new pair. The reading glasses made me see everything double. They claimed that I'd given them 2 of the same prescriptions for progressive lens instead of giving them a prescription for reading glasses. I have the original order and can show they had two different prescriptions and I have the glasses which are made to two different prescriptions. They actually went into my online order and changed the prescriptions to read the same! They don't care that I have a copy of the original order and can prove what they changed. Today, December 30th 2023, they sent me an email saying that they refuse to refund any money or remake either pair of glasses. So I lost $300 and don't have any usuable glasses.

Horrible experience with my first purchase. Btw. There is no customer service line and when they get back to me daily I’m in bed because of their ridiculous hours and I’m in Ontario and they’re in California. Horrible customer service asking the same thing over and over. This has been going on for 3 weeks and no resolution?? Buyers beware. You should have not accepted the prescription without the PD. That’s common knowledge!!

I started my process November 26 2023 took. Forever to receive them and then they were wrong contacted Lenmart you can only email and obviously they are 12 hours or so ahead of us so they email you back at one in the morning my time and it’s lucky if they read it finally I had to measure it myself take pictures, upload those send those to them and today is December 27, 2023. They say they have sent them. The tracking says it still hasn’t left New York which I sent the other ones back to California then I find out that it’s based in China so I will never do this again. Hopefully mine will show up sometime after the first year .

Updated review.. My glasses were delivered 7 weeks after my shipping notice. The glasses were unbearable. Blurry, out of focus. I was in the process of a dispute filed with PayPal for a refund when the glasses arrived. This is not a company you want to do business with.

Eyeglasses ordered are very poor quality. They have a coating defect and I had a headache when I tried them on. I reported this to customer service and what can I say, it's the worst customer service I've ever had. Incompetence at its worst. I showed them a photo of the defect and they said they couldn't see anything. I send it back to them, and they offer me $2 in compensation! I told them I would not accept such an insult. They tell me to return them at my expense !!!! I explain to them that it's not up to me to pay for the return of glasses that I received with a defect, that this is the 1st time that an online service has treated me so badly as a customer. I'm more than disappointed and, of course, I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all. No problem-solving skills whatsoever. I've received infinitely better service from competitors.

At Lensmart I sent email already asking if I can just get a refund I haven't heard from you guys. still no info I got an email with the same update today 12/23/23 still in Africa same information since orderd. If it wasn't a prescription on the glasses I wouldn't care but I needed the glasses I ordered from another company I got them a week later.
