TERRIBLE QUALITY Glasses not as shown in ads. I've been buying glasses online for 15+ years, and have never seen such poor quality of lenses and frames. After requesting refund six times, I'm still waiting for a refund. Then the company states it will only refund 70% of the lenses and 100% of the frames. BEWARE and STAY AWAY! Total scam and fraud.

Ordered the thinnest lenses they had. They arrived looking like the cheapo plastic lenses that you get for free with an eye exam at America's Best and stuck way out of the frames. The frames also looked nothing like they did in the virtual try on. They won't honor their own return policy listed on the website because the frames were on sale (I read it carefully and the return policy makes no mention of that). Look closely at the reviews on their website....they show only the 5* reviews. Every product has a 5* rating. The hallmark of a sleazy, dishonest company.

This is the worst company and the they have poor customers relation, i ordered 2 pair of glasses as photochromic and they made bluelight blocker and after i report then they said i ordered clear lense then the next is bluelight block but if i ask for a proof they cant even give that to me and the return policy they made it to work for them instead of the customers, you pay for it and they tell you not to use UPS. That was my first and last working with them.

Ordered 4 pairs of glasses. Submitted my prescription online. At no point did the online system advise that I had to include PD on my prescription (pupil distance). They did NOT include a PD ruler or say anything to me but instead decided to fill my prescription which are progressives. I ordered 4 pairs, and every single one of them was not wearable. They made me completely dizzy. Frames are super cute though. I advised them via email (have been completely unsuccessful finding a phone number to speak with anyone). They told me that it was incumbent upon ME to have included my PD. If PD is mandatory, why was I able to submit my prescription without it & why did they fill my prescription? I complained & they gave me a minor refund but I had to mail the 4 pairs back to them. I live on a super remote island so I decided to risk it & order 2 more pairs from them, and included my PD. If possible, these 2 pairs are WORSE than the initial 4 pairs. They are completely unwearable as they are completely blurry on both the inside and the outside of the lenses. If I sit still and don't move my head and watch TV the prescription is ok; as soon as I move they make me nauseous. I don't want to go to the bother of returning them and because we live so remote I have decided to bite the bullet & keep them in case anything happens to my one existing pair of eyewear that I have had literally for YEARS. They don't make me dizzy or nauseous but I need more glasses. Overall a super disppointing & expensive experience for me with nothing to show.

I wish I could leave negative stars for this trash business. I ordered two pairs of glasses as a first time customer, and on my Carley frames, the nose piece connecting the two lenses was installed crookedly, so the glasses fall at an angle across my face. After several days of being put through the most ridiculous customer service email system I have ever encountered, I was ultimately gaslighted through the entire process, upon which they eventually attempted to offer a replacement pair IF I left a five star review and showed them proof. I refused and continued the battle with either an AI bot or the most useless agent I’ve ever spoken to to get my replacement pair, and after they agreed to do so, I received a follow up email claiming that I was incorrect once again because they could not detect an issue. All of this over a $20 pair of glasses which could have been easily mediated, and now I’m going to make it my personal mission to make sure that everybody knows not to submit their order. Not to mention, the first several days of using these glasses were sheer horror as my eyes attempted to adjust in the most difficult manner I have ever experienced in 20 years of wearing corrective lenses. I nearly crashed my car and ran into things with what could only be described as drunk goggle vision. A follow up to their response- I sent multiple pictures to prove that my issue was legit and even my spouse and coworkers can see that they’re setting crookedly on my face from the nosepiece, even though the remainder of the frames are straight. Notice how they aren’t even addressing the correct issue in their response? I’m not even talking about the nosepads. They continued to gaslight me and told me to take my glasses to a local optician instead of taking their own accountability. I literally hate this company

Horrible company to work with. I received my glasses and could not see out of the left lens. After many emails and jumping thru hoops nothing was done. I’ve had several pairs of glasses made from this prescription from another company and they were perfect. They used every excuse known to man to not take responsibility. I finally just returned them and settled on a partial refund. The whole experience was terrible. I have 2 more pairs coming from this company and I’m sure I will go thru the same problem. Stay far,far away!

DO NOT BUY. Terrible customer service. If there is an issue with your order, they won't do something! I received one of my glasses with the lens out of the frame, they answered me that it wasn't an issue so they won't help me. It's a risk to buy from them! An other time, I didn't receive my order and they answered me it wasn't their problem. DO NOT BUY. Edit: Dear Lensmart, one of the lens is perfectly ok. The problem is that one of them is curve, the other one is right. It's fixable, but your department seems to not see an issu.

I’m only giving them a 1 star because I like the frames.They didn’t put my prescription in correctly and won’t refund and the only way to correct it is to spend more money. Buyers beware
