These dummies, they get you so excited for a new stylish pair of glasses to show off but can’t deliver. I reached out because the only communication I received was a confirmation on my order, the confirmation has a typo. They told me my glasses were damaged by the optician and needed to be redone.. just say your business is struggling to keep up? I have cancel my order because I know if they don’t know what they’re doing then I don’t want then touching my glasses that will probably be trash.

I ordered these on December 27th, 2022, my birthday, because I'm like super blind my old glasses need replacement. Here we are January 11th, 2023 still no tracking number no glasses I'm so sad I used my birthday money to pay for it. It's not fair I'm actually considered legally blind the highest prescription the had was what I could get which I mean is all I could afford. Yet here I am no glasses how can you do that to people. 💔💔.....

No issue with the frames they were cute they were just to large for my face. Trying to return them was a nightmare and not worth the time and effort for the price!!!

My order took over a month to receive. The tracking is all over the place & not accurate. It’ll say it’s in one state for like 2 weeks then it’ll jump to states away then it’ll be back in first state. The frames are cute but cheap. My lens were scratched upon arrival. I would not order from here again. I wish I would’ve known about this page before I wasted my time & money.

Edit: It took just over a month to get the glasses, but the glasses are great, super cute & no complaints regarding the quality of the glasses. Just took longer than expected. Could have been due to Xmas. I ordered glasses Nov 22, and I still haven't received them. It says item delayed, and Lens Smart sent only the electronic shipping information. I hasn't been shipped yet, and I emailed them. No reply.
