I sent Lens Factory old but perfectly good frames, plus my new prescription, requesting glass lenses. Shortly after they received the package from me, they sent me an email explaining that my frames had no screws to be undone in order to insert the new lenses. They said they normally do not work with frames like that, but if I was willing to switch to polycarbonate lenses, their technician would give it a try. I agreed, they refunded the difference between the cost of glass and polycarbonate immediately. I received the glasses about a week later, packaged beautifully, with a nice case for the glasses. The glasses themselves are excellent. All in all, a small problem well handled and quality work by them. I would absolutely use their service again and recommend them.

I am impressed. Not only did I get my Rx lens reframed, but it arrived sooner than two weeks. The cost was great. I will use them again in the future. Way to go LensFactory.

needed a set of computer glasses sent in my frames and prescription and now have a great set of computer glasses with the right focal distance so i am not tipping my head back to read the screen
