The quality of the new lenses is excellent and work men ship very good. I have a question concerning the top portions of the progressive lens. While doing close up desktop work the quality of the lens is good. When i look up the upper portion of the lens is blurry. I have to tilt my head up t(looking thru the bottom portion of the lens to get rid of the blurriness . I t seems the upper portion of the lens is useless. My first time getting progressive lenses and I think the lower lenses is to low. I wish they were at least half of my glasses. Otherwise service was great.

Good overall service. Took a little longer this time to get my glasses back, but I suspect because of Covid 19 and the US Post Office slower than normal delivery.

Happy with everything. I choose glass lenses which took longer than expected but happy overall. Quality results, great job.

My new glasses are great, they're my first pair with progressive lenses and while they do take some getting used to I think that they're going to be super functional. The glasses took over a month from the time that I sent them to when I received them back with the lenses, given the supply chain issues caused by the covid situation I'm not terribly surprised that this was the case.

There was an issue with the first lens, LensFactory promptly and cheerfully re-made the lenses. They are great. This is our third pair of lenses and we figure we saved around 60% vs our eye doctor's retail.

I like the way the people do their job, such as feed my need a lense, a frame my choose the traditional color changes.
