I gave LensFactory another chance after they fouled up my last eyeglass order. I should not have done so. This time, it was a pair of $200 sunglasses that needed new lenses. When I received them, the Oakley frame was broken on one side, and badly bent on the other. That's it. Never again. There are lots of eyeglass vendors online; don't waste your money or risk your frames with this one.

Glasses were received by LENSFACTORYon 4/15/19. Today is 5/4/19 I have yet to receive them back. I was told it takes 12 business days tops to complete the job. You do the math.

MY GLASSES CAME BACK WITH THE WRONG PERSCRIPTION. SENT OUT A EMAIL FOR REFUND AND NEVER GOT RESPONSE BACK ABOUT IT.

The reason I have given it a one star rating is that I have not received my glasses. It must be more than a month since they got the frames. When I check on my a/c it says "awaiting fulfillment"

I've been waiting 4 weeks to have lenses put in a frame I shipped them. Totally incompetent and complacent customer service. I'm at their mercy as I've already paid for the lenses...

I gave LensFactory a 5 star review a couple of months ago. They worked with me and did a nice job making lenses for a large frame custom order. After talking with customer service I sent in another frame, same size and type, and asked LensFactory to supply me with 3 additional sets of lenses. After a few days I got a call and was told that their lens shop did not want to mess with repeating another order for me, too much work. They sent back my frames, refunded my money, but wasted my time. Bottom line, LensFactory probably will do you a good job for common standard size lenses, don't expect them to help you out with anything out of the ordinary.
