There was a little mix up on my first pair but the reason that I gave them five stars was because of how quickly they rectified the problem. Got my replacement glasses yesterday and they’re fine. I am impressed with the QUALITY,THE TIME and the COST. LensFactory saved me $300.00+ dollars on the lens alone. LensFactory did EVERYTHING they said they were going to do and on time. I received my shipping package within a week and shipped it back the same day. Two days after they received it, it was on its way back to me! My progressive Transitions are perfect. A job well done and seamless service. I saved hundreds! I would recommend this lens service.

Order replacement lens for my frames online, sent my frames and received frames with new lenses in my mail box 8 days later. The prescription lenses are clear with no problems. Will order again can't beat the value for the price.

I'm very pleased with the new lenses in my old, favorite frames. Got to admit, I was a little skeptical at first because I have trifocals. When I received the final product in the mail and tried them on, the lenses were perfect. The packaging used was fantastic and securely protected the frame/glasses. When I first placed my order, I didn't understand everything and checked drill mount. I was surprised to get an email stating my frames did not use drill mount and they refunded the money for that. Value, integrity and honesty! I love LensFactory and will definitely use them again and refer friends/family as well! God Bless you all!!
