We're sorry the review came before your delivery and that it took a while to make your glasses. Your order included Glass lenses which we do specify can take up to a month - Glass is hard to make perfectly! We got your glasses in on 7/7 and shipped them back out to you on 8/6 with delivery on 8/10. Again, we're very sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. In the future, Poly and Plastic can take alot less time and usually be returned to you within 10 days or so.

Hello Mel. First, I am very sorry that we were unable to send your lenses back. You did everything correctly requesting them back - unfortunately we were not able to fulfill this request in this scenario. I believe you should have an email from our Customer Service Team to rectify this situation for you. We are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction.

Hello Sally, Over the weekend, we migrated our website to a new, easier to use and updated website. During this process, the migration of our user accounts took longer than expected (Roughly 12 hours expected and took approximately 24). During this time your user account was unavailable. I just checked your order and it was completed over the weekend and shipping out today. I'm sorry you were unable to log in and check the status of your order, however you should have received an email to reset your password within the last 12 hours.
