The service was great. I was contacted immediately if and when I had any issues or questions, in a courteous fashion. Be aware that when ordering lenses online, they can't tell how exactly the glasses sit on your face, so the lenses may not be lined up exactly to where they should be. Also, I got plastic frames and they came back slightly mis-shaped.

Lensfactory lost my glasses. They sent me a new pair that fit ok but have scratches that look like streaks in the lenses. The glasses are wearable thats why I gave them 3 stars but for what i paid I wish my experience was better.

The time that it actually takes to make a pair of eyeglass lenses and mount them in the frames is about 1-to-1½ hours. For the life of me, I can't understand why the whole process --from the time they receive my frames until the time they send me the completed eyeglasses-- takes almost two weeks. That's an unacceptably long time. I'm giving them 3 stars which is generous.

I sent in two frames for new lenses. I received one pair back weeks ago - and these frames were "fixed" in a manner so that they are no longer comfortable to wear. These frames were very expensive and, in fact, purchased in Paris. They cannot be replaced. Just today I received the second pair back - but not in the case I sent them to Lensfactory in. I liked that case. I would have appreciated it being returned. I do not like the new case so now have to spend money on another case. Thanks. Really appreciate that. But the oddest thing is that there was a second pair of glasses in this box. These glasses do not belong to me nor was the prescription that was put into these glasses anything at all like the pair that they had returned weeks earlier. It makes you wonder what was going through somebodies mind? "She sent two frames in, so this next pair on the line must be hers, so we'll send her both of these...." Love the prices - but am really, really concerned about how things are handled in there.

They had my glasses for a pretty long time... From the day I sent them in the box they provider to the day I got them back was 3 weeks. I've never had to wait 3 weeks for glasses when I ordered from Costco, Lenscrafters, or Warby Parker. The actual lenses appear to be nice.

Once my glasses were shipped I got them right away but there was like a 2 week wait from the time they were received and the time I got them back.

I ordered lense replacement last time and I have to say it was nothing but stellar. This time the left eye is perfect and right eye blurry. I am making another appointment with my doctor to be certain that my prescription was written correctly. Really hope to have this rectified soon because I really have a pleasant experience otherwise ordering from Lens Factory.

Lens Factory is too slow. They should be able to process and ship my glasses to arrive at my door step within 1-2 weeks tops. Also their website is in-personal and not effective for even their staff. I can't see where my order is in the process, I can't see my prescription or what I ordered last etc. So when I sent my vintage lenses to be filled they filled it with a new set of lenses from the original order!!! They didnt even look at my online prescription. Lastly you should include a new lens wipe cloth with the LF name on it with every prescription filled.
