LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

I had a request to use my old broken glasses for some of the measurements needed to put some prescription sunglasses lens in some random frames i bought at an airport one day and it was so easy! Customer service was responsive and all I did was write a quick note to put in the box they sent me for shipping. Both glasses came back to me within a couple weeks and the sunglasses are fantastic - just what I wanted. Definitely recommend for custom lens solutions.

Lens factory remade my wife’s glasses after we provided an incorrect script at no cost Not many companies provide this kind of service Even paid for return postage Cannot recommend them enough

I think my eyeglass prescription is unusual and difficult, but Lens Factory did a great job. It is wonderful to be able to see clearly again. The cost was reasonable. I received my glasses back quicker than I expected. All in all, good work.

The frames I had were my favorite ever. That I could send them to you and have new lenses placed in them made me so happy. The quality of the lenses is great. Super easy process too. Thank you so much!

Fairly quick service. About two weeks or less from the time I shipped off my frames until replacement arrived. Excellent workmanship. Very reasonable cost (with coupon). Prescription seems to have been filled accurately. No complaints. Would use LensFactory again.

Excellent experience!

Nice job on old glasses. My progressive lens prescription had changed and I needed new lenses. Less expensive than buying a new pair of glasses— besides, I like the old pair, thanks LF!

Simple process of mailing the glasses in waiting a short while and then receiving a new lens in my old glasses.
