This is the third pair of glasses that LensFactory has produced for me. One pair was not correct, and they fixed it ASAP and even paid for return shipping. They are a great company to work with!

The process was easy and straight forward. The website is well designed and works! Good customer service, they are responsive and helpful. My one complaint is the time it takes.

The Company delivered as promised. It took great care of glasses which hold great sentimental value to me and the person who will receive them as a memento of a dear friend. The delivery system—to and from—worked well, even with the hiccup added by the USPS. Cost was very reasonable. Thank you for your work.
