Was expecting a thinner lens as their ad says they would upgrade for a simple prescription, to a thinner lens. The lens is too thick which makes these glasses 30 grams compared to 15 grams with my previous more complicated prescription. Had this info confirmed with local glasses retailer. Do not believe everything you read. Worst part is this was second pair from them, first pair was fine. Thought we would get 2 pairs of sunglasses, but not now.

So far I have not receive my order. Glass Lenses take longer (2 to 3 weeks in the lab) so until I get my frames back with the new lenses made and installed it's hard to tell what the level and quality of service really should be rated. Emails are answered very promptly and no complaints.

Unfortunately our Glass Lens Material is one material that takes the longest, on the average 2-3 weeks. Keep in mind that every pair of lenses is 100% unique and customized to you. Most importantly, we want your vision to be its best. Thanks for leaving us a review. LensFactory Customer Support

Much faster than usa glasses. But i knew frame I sent was missing a piece of trim which I had. When I got glasses back a much larger piece of trim was also missing, obviously came off during process but they failed to notice this. They offer a replacement lens sevice no one else offers but at what cost?

My glasses are very nice. I assume the prescription is correct since I can see better and the price was very reasonable. Literally 1/3 the cost. I received a phone call within days of sending in my frames telling me that I needed different lenses. The person who spoke to me was very nice and helpful. I even got a small credit to my account. At that time, I was told I would have my glasses within 10 days. However, I had to wait six weeks to get them. This was my first time ordering through LensFactory and I was very nervous when I wasn't getting my glasses. I called once and left a message. I got no return call. I called again and spoke with someone who told me there was something wrong in the factory and it would be another two weeks. After two weeks, I got a call saying there was still something wrong in the factory and it should only be a few more days, and because of my patience, they would send my glasses overnight. I was a bit anxious thinking I may have thrown my money away. But when I finally received an e-mail notice telling me that my glasses were ready, I did receive them the next day and they were made to my specifications. I'm not sure if I will order from LensFactory again. I haven't decided if the factory problem was a one time thing, or if it was a standard excuse. I don't know if the anxiety is worth the savings.

LensFactory customer service support sincerely apologizes for the longer than normal wait time on production of your lenses. I assure you of a better turn around time if you like to order in the future. Thanks for your review LensFactory

The entire process took about 6 weeks. I was not notified of a difficulty in finding a part until I called. Was told a couple of times about a ship date that didn't happen. But the lenses are good and LensFactory covered overnight shipping.

I was told I would get them before my vacation. Unfortunately I received an email that they did not pass final inspection. They did a rush order to my vacation home.
