Excellent service and quality products

The process with Lensfactory was a terrific experience. Honestly I was very nervous about sending my $600 glasses to a company that I didn’t know. I could not be happier with the results. Fast service very good quality lenses and for a fraction of the local price. My wife’s glasses will be next.

Quick response and quality customer service. I had an issue with the lenses I received. I emailed lensfactory.com and they provided a shipping label to send the item back. They fixed the issue and shipped it back to me quickly.
