Perfect the 1st time. Not every lens crafter can say this. Happy New Year!

I bought 1.53 progressive, genuine glass eyeglass lenses for my new Ray-Ban frames. The folks at LensFactory were excellent to deal with. Very responsive and helpful on chat I really wanted genuine glass again for my main pair of eyeglasses. And these folks delivered.

This was easy and 100% successful. New lenses are perfect. I'm happy because I have my old frames back and I can see. The price was very reasonable!

I took a chance and was able to keep my rimless frame and update the prescription lenses, saving me hundreds of dollars! The lenses are lightweight, the optics with anti glare coating is fantastic, and they honored my request to keep the edges unpolished. I am thoroughly impressed with the turn around time, the quality, and the cost! I will be a repeat customer.

3rd order from Lens Factory and very pleased with the service. Every order has been perfect and for $5.00 they send a box with paid return postage to send your frames and prescription back to them. Turn around time is fast. I did contact customer service by phone and they resolved my issue immediately. They are great to work with and will have my business going forward.

The people at Lens-factory did an excellent job. I send in three frames to be fitted with progressive lenses. It did not take a very long time for me to get my glasses back with shipping back and fourth it was around 14 days. I am very happy and satisfied with my new frames and my new lenses. The work done is as good as my other glasses who where done at a local optical store. Just let me say in sending my three frames to the Lens factory. I got the same value in regarding the lenses at a fraction of the cost locally.

It was really great to be able to keep my existing frames that I liked so much. I think it’s great for the environment to recycle. The news lenses were excellent beyond description. Thanks so much for a great service.
