Received hi-index glass lenses. The lens is optically great. The Free anti-reflective coating does not combat reflection well. I guess you get what you paid for. Id prefer to have a higher quality anti-reflective treatment option and paid more for that a better treatment. The reflection of light covers a significant portion of the lens surface.

it was a surprise to see that your company sent me my new glasses in LESS that the "30 days or longer", when I asked how long will it take. Seems your front reception of orders knows so little about an accurate time frame to complete an order. And even when requesting the technician review to see how long the process will take, to NO AVAIL, I continued the order as I knew my lenses were not too out of the ordinary. Seems your reception personnel could be a bit more gracious when someone is placing an order, and answer the direct questions, rather than just spouting off company policy, due to their ignorance of the time frames. i.e. IF YOU DON'T KNOW, SAY YOU DO NOT KNOW, and then cite company policy is 30 days or longer. Truth is ALWAYS better than speculation.

The order process didn't make clear to me what part of the prescription would be processed. After receiving my glasses, I had to send them back to be redone. Everyone was helpful, and the do over was done without any problems or additional charges to me.

Well, the prescription works, they seem to fit well into my former frame. the only subtraction I 'd give was no real invoice for the end of this transaction, The shipping box in the beginning ... didnt include some "form" where I could put the lens prescription...so I had to include it myself. his gave me grave doubts as to whether my prescription was going to be accurate, cause I didnt know if they read my handwriting accurately I ordered thin glass lenses with photochromic lenses...they work. The price for this was way cheaper than the usual HMO, but they included the frames...which I used here for this prescription, so thanks . maybe I buy another pair of glasses. so really 4.5 stars.
