I found the website a bit confusing (paying without giving my Rx or address) but once ordered, it was easy to ship my frames and I got the new glasses promptly and as specified. The price a true bargain.

I enjoyed my experience with LensFactory. My new glasses are great. The value and cost benefit were much appreciated.

Process would have gone faster if USPS would not have sent frame to lab in a back and forth that delayed it an extra week.

Felt kinda misled about time required for my lenses and needed new nose pieces. Lenses were fine, would of happily paid for new nose pieces.

Good pricing but shipping to continental west coast is somewhat long. Photochromatic lenses recommended for me for night vision/light sensitivity which does not work inside the car so was given the wrong advice. They were nice enough to refund that addon for the lens.

The replacement lenses are fantastic! My only issue was not receiving a notification when you received the frames I sent to you after I placed the order.
