Two pairs of eyeglasses made incorrectly. Axis and PDs were extremely off and could not wear. Out over $800.

They broke my $100. frames. Then they wanted me to buy new ones they gave me $40. to buy them. And then ship them to them. I looked the only frames that were $40. were just cheep ones most were $60. or more + shipping. They sent back my frames and I bent the other side all around and could not brake them. What did they do to them. I will never use them again.

Customer service is horrible, as no one can tell me when my glasses are, which supposedly were sent 10 days ago

The lenses they delivered is unusable. I ordered for a progressive lens and when the first delivery came in, I found that reading nearby things is almost impossible. I reached out to their service and after a few Q&A type iterations, they said that probably the lower part of the lens (for reading nearby things) is too narrow. So, they offered me to correct it by widening the lower part without any cost. I sent it back and after two weeks the second delivery arrived. However, I couldn't find any remarkable difference from the first version! I don't know how much they widened the lower part, but the bad news is the glasses are still as much unusable as before. I tried wearing it a few hours over a few days with a hope that things may get adjusted, but nothing changed. Their service and timelines, all were really good, and I would say above expectation, so maybe I could have approached them for another round of correction. But, honestly I felt demotivated thinking that if the problem persists, then where is the end of it! I gave up therefore!

You put clear lenses I wanted and ordered tinted for sunglasses I expect a refund or redo the glasses for free

Did not get the glasses I ordered nothing was right. Reading glasses are for distance only. Progressive glasses are sun glasses .

Very disappointed with the glass first off it is way too heavy compared to my other glasses that I got from LensCrafters. Also, the process took way too long for the minuscule amount I saved.

The box and case are nice. The prices are great but when trying out glasses, the vision was very poor on comparison with my spare set which from years ago. The glasses I sent you were an upgrade in clarity. The new lenses from you are not sharp at all so I'm forced to stay with spares. The ocular prescription doesn't seem to have been duplicated.
