Lensfactory has exceeded my expectations again! I recently sent my glasses to lensfactory to have new lenses installed. Unfortunately, during the process, the stone on the frame was accidentally damaged. I was not upset because I knew they will do the needful! I really appreciated how the staff handled the situation—they immediately took responsibility and replaced my glasses with a brand new pair at no additional cost! Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really matters. Their customer service was professional, responsive, and solution-focused. I left satisfied and would consider returning in the future because of how well they resolved the issue. They have earned my trust over and over again and I appreciate that. Glass's are great Good job. The postal service is really slow for receiving the kit and sending the glass’s back to you. Your delivery back was very fast. Other than that I will recommend you to any of my friends. Thank You
