So far so GREAT! I am the one on standby! Lens Factory allows you to mail your own frames in or mail preselected used/new frames which is an eco-friendly choice. If you have high index lenses make sure that the frames are metal or solid all the way around the lenses and are not half rimless. Also, the thicker the lenses, generally the smaller frame size is better. The online process allows you to add extras to determine the costs like tints, scratch resistance, material types and so on. Look to see if there is a new customer discount and also they have a prepayment plan that allows you to split the REASONABLE cost already within approximately five weeks. Additionally, my correspondence with Emily regarding my frames, prescription adjustments from my original document, credit adjustments that had taken place was among the best. I look forward to conducting our business again soon. Thank you!

Quick and secure shipping. The prescription is perfect. Never had any problems with the mounting. This is the way I can buy the fancier frames off of the internet and have trifocals done by Lens Factory at a better price than the eye doctor I go to. Very,very pleased.
