very good service but questions on product
I was extremely happy with the speed and accuracy of my prescription. They were beautiful when I got them. after about three months the coating, which I assume was the scratch coating started to rub off. This is when the scratches started appearing. The first pair lasted about a year and the second ,less than that. I liked the company for the price and the speed I got my order. I may try one last time for another pair to see if there are improvements since the company changed ownership. I'm still thinking.

Hi George, It looks like you had anti-reflective coating on your lenses. Since the AR coating goes on top of the anti-scratch coating, it is more prone to getting scratched or rubbed off eventually. Sometimes the AR isn't quite as tough as it should be, and sometimes there is something specific that is causing it to fail. Let me know if you want us to analyze your coatings to see how we can improve your experience. Also, we haven't changed ownership. We just changed our name to LensFactory when launched the new and improved version of our service with an expanded product line.
