Keith and Brandon were incredibly helpful. They taught me how to find the correct size for the frames and how to determine the distance between my pupils as well as their height (I wear progressive lenses so it is trickier). I believe I saved 40% over what I would paid if I bought my eyeglasses from Lens Crafters or Pearl Vision (a monopoly owned by an Italian firm named Luxotica that has been artificially keeping prices high) I had a problem with the glasses because the post office lost my glasses. Keith and Brandon bent over backwards to help me minimize my loss. They clearly believe in great customer service and they have integrity.

I have been telling all my friends that I had a pair of wonderful Burberry frames that I had hardly worn, which had an old prescription in them, and LensFactory put my new prescription in them. I got them back and I love them and the price was super low compared to what it would cost anywhere else.

This is the best lens company my family and I have ever dealt with! I saw Lens Factory on the internet and browsed through their website. I called them with a problem and talked to Galen. I told them that I needed glasses for a bifocal prescription and I needed it in three days for my father. None other lens company could help me. He could not get contacts because we did not have the prescription with us. Galen did his best to get me what I needed. He even assumed a lot of the cost to get the glasses to us in the needed time. He even threw in a frame for free. We received the glasses a day before we needed them. Keith is so helpful. He sent us out a complimentary shipping kit to send off more glasses. I am so thankful that Lens Factory helped us when we most needed it. The prices are super affordable. They are more affordable than any other lens business.

I chose to replace lense in an imported frame. The workmanship of Lensfactory is second to none. In the future I will rely solely on Lensfactory to provide all my vision needs. The customer service is great and, the prices are acceptable. A great service for those on a fixed income.

I bought two expensive designer sets of eyeglasses 2 years ago. Since my eyes have changed I looked at new frames. It would have cost $1200.00 to find something comparible to my previous frames. I could not find a local store willing to use my existing frames. I found LensFactory on line and e-mailed with questions. Keith took very good care of me. I was able to use my existing frames and I am delighted with the results. If you want great customer service and are tired of dealing with the WMarts of the world try this company.
