The staff at LensFactory goes above and beyond for customer service. Both pairs of lenses were very well crafted and the fit into the frames is perfect, probably the best I have ever had.

LensFactory very recently replaced lenses in three different pair of prescription eyeglasses, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent, the savings are phenomenal, and to top things off, the company provides great feedback and super customer service. This was my first purchase from LensFactory and must admit that I was somewhat skeptical initially, but after receiving the first pair (checked by my ophthalmologist), I immediately had lenses replaced in two additional frames. Without reservation I highly recommend this company---you can't beat the price, workmanship, product selection and great customer service (a special thanks to customer service representative Kent). Thanks for the opportunity to comment and I eagerly look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I ordered special free form lenses and they came back exactly to specification and the correct prescription. They do need to track orders a little better as mind got a delivery delay since they did not realize the lenses hadn't shipped. But their customer service was good and everything worked out very well. I will definitely order from them again.

I turned to LensFactory after I went to Lens Crafters to see if I could have a prescription update done on my existing glasses. They told me that they couldn't do that, that I would have to purchase new ones. I found LensFactory online and sent an email asking if new lenses could be made for my Ray Ban RB8502 rimless titanium frames. I received this replay from Keith Morlen: "We are ready, willing, and able, sir. Polycarbonate lenses should be used and an anti-reflective coating would have those things looking like a million bucks." I sent my glasses in the prepaid mailer and within two weeks I had my new lenses. Thanks, LensFactory! No more $650 glasses for me.

Mailed some nice old frames in with my prescription - they look great and way cheaper than the optical stores.

From the moment I called to find out how LensFactory worked, the customer service felt more like I had called a local merchant down the road. The individual who helped me was really friendly and bent over backwards to get me my order on time despite the fact that I incorrectly entered in what I was looking for. I originally came to LensFactory after I had taken a pair of Silhouette eye glasses to my eye doctor and asked if there was any way to strengthen the prescription. He guaranteed me that it couldn't be done because these were rimless and drilled directly into the glass. The replacement pair would have been north of $600 - for reading glasses!!! LensFactory was able to give me the new prescription AND give me Tri-Focals (to cover reading and middle distance for the computer) AND make the lenses transition into sunglasses when I was out in the sun saving me more than 75% off. Thanks LensFactory. You guys rock!

Answered my questions and concerns promptly. I will definitely use them again. Good on price, service, quality, and time.

I'm exceptionally pleased with LensFactory. They are very easy to work with and their prices are best in class. I'll use them again later this year when I change out the lenses in my second pair of eye glasses.
