The lens are great but my frames were broken in he process. The case forced the wire/plastic type of glasses to be pushed down so hard the metal frame pulled out of the plastic eye/nose piece. I have been sick and was not able to wear the glasses until yesterday. Disappointed that now I am having to buy new frames and lens so I threw away $130 on the lens of the former that I had replaced a few weeks ago.Frustrating.

End result, I got good quality lenses in a pair of frames I had bought. The process was not smooth though. They bent two clips on my frames while putting in the lenses and then had to order new ones from the factory. Those took a long time to arrive, so my glasses took several months to come back. I didn’t mind the error. Things happen. The communication was non existent though. I kept having to call and email to ask where my glasses were. They didn’t admit what had happened initially, but eventually told me what had happened after it had been over a month. If they’d simply been proactive and reached out to let me know what was going on, I would have felt much better about the whole thing. It’s not the mistakes that matter so much, it’s how you handle them.

This was my 1st time trying lensfactory and was really skeptical. After, I sent my frames, I received an email stating they broke my frames. I was hurt because I could not find another frame like these in the same color. I must also say, Lensfactory looked as well and could only find a red pair. I eventually found a pair I liked . Lensfactory purchased the new frames but would not return the broken frame. Finally a photo of the broken frame was emailed to me. Fast forward, I received my glasses and the lens are perfect and I can see really well. I have another frame that I want lenses placed in but I'm a little apprehensive.

bifocals are not good. can't hardly read with them. distance sight is pretty good

Well, I thought I had chosen yellow lens to go into my frames….instead I received clear lens, totally different from what I expected…. The reason for me re-lens was to have a pair of shooting glasses . Upon receiving them, the right side lens fell out, should I disassemble the frames to replace the lens back in frame, or work them in easy ? This is not what I expected…..sorry to say…Al

Customer service to remedy mistakes has been poor compared to other, bigger online lens/glasses makers—unwilling to offer re-makes both times when the lens came back with wrong PDs. If they get your offer right, you will get high quality lens for a decent pice. If not, you will have wasted a lot of money on unwearable glasses—$500 in my case.

There customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Have called and even chatted online. No one is will to give me any clarification as to how my lenses are coming and what kind of time frame is left before I receive them back.
