Quality poor. Very soft lens scratches easily. When I requested help or a product suggestion to help fix the problem via chat I was met with sarcasm and no help. I was told I am lucky the scratches don’t happen more often to me. I didn’t know if that meant its an ongoing problem or if they were being sarcastic. Company doesn’t stand behind the quality of their product and the customer service staff don’t seem to be trained in professionalism. Unfortunate because I was happy until the chat and lack of support.

Took way to long to get my glasses and failed to return original broken frames

Sent 2pair 3 weeks ago, only one pair received.😳‼️ Seems a bit slow……..

My glasses took more than 4 weeks to come back to me, and even after I inquired and was told they'd be sent using overnight shipping they came standard ground and another 10 days later. Additionally, the blended bifocal is so low in the lens that it's hardly usable.

Glasses came back missing screws and the lense out of the frame. Also the tiny not dark enough

I wanted to have the adder for working on computers. Instead, I received lens that were for driving.

The anti-reflective coating is missing or it’s of such poor quality that it seems to be nonexistent. The delivery of my glasses took longer than expected

Ordered the mail package, never received it. Finally just sent my glasses through the post office. Not refunded the mailing fee. It's been over a week since return shipment email received and they still have not arrived. Sent numerous emails, each one extending the estimated delivery date. Will never use this company again.
