LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

Would not answer my phone calls and no call-back after I have bought from them for years. No update on my order and they received my return prescription glasses long ago so here I am I can't see and they have my 160 dollar frames

I have not yet received my new glasses. I cannot drive at night. It has been weeks, not days. I keep getting “delayed” messages instead of the glasses despite requesting you return them using Fed ex or UPS. You sent them “flat rate “. That’s the last of my business you will see. I need two pairs of sunglasses and two additional glasses I will be procuring through other vendors.

This is my fifth pair of glasses with lens factory. All 4 were great. This last pair was terrible. They said the lenes were glass. All labs 3 said they are plastic. That not all. I can't see right with them. Have hallows on the outside of my vision. They said these are made in a outside lab?

I don’t even wear them for you all sent me lens too big coke bottles - I am very unhappy with them …. Thanks a-lot !?!

You bent my frames when putting in lenses, now my glasses don’t fit snugly on my face. I tried having them adjusted but the place didn’t want to risk breaking my frames.

First they lost or misplaced my glasses then put in lenses of low quality. The whole experience took 2 months.

Slow slowly catchy monkey

Lenses were not fit properly into my frames. One lens was cut too large. The other was cut to small. I’ve returned them and hope this can be resolved.
