LensFactory took about two weeks to fill my order, but it was well worth the wait. I wear progressive lenses and chose to use their Thin and Dark Glass option so that the lenses would darken out of doors. The results are spectacular (ok, pun intended). The lenses are thin and light in weight, and they quickly respond to the ambient light level indoors or out. And the prescription was filled perfectly; I have never had clearer vision out of a pair of glasses. This was my second time to entrust LensFactory with making my glasses, and I will use them again for certain. You may need to poke around the website to find the option that you want, but you will be assured of excellent results.

I didn't realize that you were in the UK. I am in the United States so the wait was longer than I expected HOWEVER, The lenses themselves are FAR superior to any eyeglass i've ever had from here. I have progressive lenses that are tinted and i absolutely LOVE THEM!!!!!! thanks for producing a high quality product at an excellent price!!!!

Mailed the frames in and had the glasses in about two weeks! No troubles and customer service answered questions quickly and with courtesy.

After a total disaster with a lens company located in CT, I needed to get the lenses I had ordered & paid for from them, but were filled wrong. Lens Factory not only satisfactorily provided the correct lenses, but also honored a discount promo that was announced after I had placed my order. Customer service is excellent and all emails are promptly answered. They definitely earned their BBB rating! I recommend Lens Factory to everyone and would order from them again if needed.

I was skeptical about ordering on line my prescriptions lenses for my beautiful, Italian designer frame. They absolutely exceeded all my expectations and I can't express how happy I'm with my new, beautiful sun glasses. Great Customer services!! Thumbs up for them!! They got a customer for life!!

I've worn glasses for the last 30 years and have had little trouble with them until about 5 years ago. Suddenly they wouldn't last more than about 18 months before the lenses got all cloudy and obscured. After a lot of research I believe this is due to cheap coatings - Anti Reflective, Anti Scratch and/or UV. The last pair I had made it 9 months before they were almost totally unusable, even with me going out of my way to take meticulous care of them. I had had enough. I decided to go back to glass lenses with no coatings - NONE! But I found it difficult to find anyone who was willing to do that. And when I did, I found lots and lots of negative reviews and downright awful Better Business Bureau ratings. No thanks! Then I ran across Lens Factory. I saw the reviews here on Trust Pilot and their excellent A- rating on BBB, and knew I'd found the right place, especially since the only reason BBB didn't rate them higher was due to the amount of time they'd been in business and not due to complaints. Lens Factory put glass lenses in my existing frames for a very reasonable price. They communicated with me every step of the way - they e-mailed me when they sent out the (prepaid) USPS box, they e-mailed me when they received my frames and they e-mailed me when they sent the new ones back out. I had my glasses back one week after I'd sent them out. The new lenses are fantastic and I no longer have to treat them with kid gloves like I did with all the others. Lens Factory is awesome!
