Overall experience was good, enough so to send in a second pair of glasses for new lenses. Only caveat was selection on the lenses and that needed direct help (actually their recommendation) from a customer service rep since they have many options. It is not fast process so expect a couple weeks including postage time but seems to be cost effective but it is also convenient versus going to a store. I would recommend it!

The results are exactly what I had hoped for. We have used this company many times and would recommend them to anyone!

With the caveat - or perhaps more so - that, of course when one can not go in person for their optical measurements we have therefore to find ways to compensate for that, this is otherwise a Great venue. And they have Excellent selection and Excellent customer service.

When the glasses arrived the job was well done. I slowed things by initially just sending the prescription I'd gotten from my eye doctor, not realizing they would not include the distance from pupil to pupil. I should have mentioned that I used the progressive lenses mostly for reading and for work on my laptop, but I've tended to do that over the years with others. I should probably have stressed that the point I looked through the most should be a bit higher than it is for most. My cataract surgery left me with a correction for distance vision. Except for errors that were mostly my fault, the job was a capable, professional one. I appreciate having the glasses and use them most of every day.

Being able to get glass lenses instead of plastic is wonderful. LensFactory has a great process to get your glasses updated with your choice. We liked it enough, to have a second pair sent in for a lens update.
