Title says it all. LensFactory's turnaround time is nothing short of amazing, and the quality of the lenses was outstanding. If you don't mind waiting a few extra days, the prepaid mailer they offer is an excellent value.

I wanted glass lenses, and Lens Factory was the only site that looked reputable. I sent my frames in as instructed, but it took better than two weeks to get them back. Thankfully, they do have a phone number, so when I called them, the glasses were in the mail the same day. The wait was worth it . . . they did a great job and I'm so pleased to not have scratched up plastic lenses.

They did what they promised, as should be expected. I am pleased with my glasses. I sent them an expensive frame with my old prescription lenses, along with my eye glass prescription (progressive.) They returned them in 100& tip top condition with the new prescription lenses. They also sent back the old lenses, which I did not expect. I will recommend them to others and, I will prevail upon the excellent service again. Keep up the good work.

I ordered my lens and the Customer Support Representative emailed me and suggested a different lens. Susan gave me the reason for her suggestion and I changed my order and saved $20. For that reason, I will recommend Lens Factory to my friends and family and will continue to order from them as needed.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: My order took some time to complete, longer than I thought it would. Customer service was good in responding but kept pushing out the completion time; definitely got the feeling that the response was "canned" in many cases. I sent in my Oakley glasses in the Oakley case as suggested by the website. Additionally, it was in an Oakley glass-cleaning cloth bag inside the case. Well, that didn't come back. ARG. No intention to use them again or recommend them. UPDATED REVIEW: OK, so I thought the response below was an empty promise, something the company was saying just to make the review response sound attentive. I was wrong. The company did everything they said they would and more. They sent me two glasses bags, definitely Oakley. This company does things right by the customer. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Hi, I'm really sorry you didn't get your Oakley cleaning cloth bag back. I looked through the photos we take of the packages we receive and can't find evidence that we received one. I went ahead and ordered a replacement for you though and it should arrive in a few days. I'm also sorry you were unhappy with the turnaround time. We are working on getting faster. Hopefully you are happy with the quality and price of the lenses you received from us. If not, please reach out to [email protected] so we can help. Regards, Brandon Powers LensFactory Founder

The price was great and the service was great. I couldn't have asked for more.

I ordered trifocals with anti-glare and chromatic lenses. Everything went smoothly and the eyeglasses were delivered on precisely the day I was promised. Great lenses, great service, great communication, great price. Nothing more you can ask for. First time I used an online lens maker so I was somewhat anxious. No more.

I am a return customer, I really feel I get help with the whole ordeal from beginning to end . They are quick and my glasses are great ,I was paying 585.00 for 1 pair of frames now I can get a pair of frames from a drug store for 6.00 dollar and have my glasses made for 179 .00 for two pair . it saves me time and expenses. I have told all my co works and friends, and people with children I could see how much cheaper it would be for the parents that have children wearing glasses . soooo Thanks Lensfactory keep up the good work.
