So this was my first experience with the LensFactory and I dealt with a representative named Maddy. From start to finish she treated me with the utmost respect and with genuine concern to make me satisfied with my multiple orders. I sent my Ray Bans back in to have slimmer lenses put in, tried going cheap route, and she quickly had them upgraded for me and even sent the old lenses back for a back up pair!!! Truly amazing customer service, combined with a very user friendly website made me in to a customer for life!! I sent in 3 high end frames to have prescription and tints applied. I spoke with Maddy at LensFactory to cover the details of my order. Simply put, LensFactory delivered beyond my expectations! The sunglasses came back with better tint and an overall look than the original lenses. Thank you Maddy and LensFactory!

I was quoted a price of $540 at my long-time DO. I had my frames so this seemed quite expensive for a pair of lenses. I found LensFactory and was pleasantly surprised at getting the same lens (CR-39) for $180. Turn-a-round was about three weeks but worth it for the savings. I will be a LensFactory customer for a long time.

No line bifocal lens ordered, new prescription couldn't be happier with the results or the price. It cost about half of the price my other new pair cost at the local optician.

I had some trouble with the first order I placed (half was missing and the prescription was wrong), but they kept in constant contact with me to right the problem. I'm now on the third order with them.

My prescription at WalMart was 2 weeks out of the 18 month expiration date and they wouldn't fill my prescription to replace scratched lenses without another $90 eye exam!
