Very satisfied with my glasses & the service.

I was skeptical, but hopeful that Lens Factory Replacement could come through for me. After quite a bit of shopping around at local eyewear retailers and not finding lenses that were reasonably priced, I decided to give them a try. I had purchased a gorgeous pair of Tiffany frames and sent them in for progressive bifocal lenses. Their customer service people walked me through every step (it was actually very easy!). Well, when I got my new glasses back, I was very impressed. They are beautiful! The lenses and frames are everything I wanted them to be. It was truly a seamless and satisfying purchase. I plan to buy sunglass lenses in the near future!

My experience getting prescription lenses added to my frames by Lens Factory was excellent overall and throughout. I ordered progressives based upon my recent prescription and it took a few weeks to receive the glasses as expected. They worked very well in "straight-ahead" situations, but trying to look left or right at a traffic light resulted in blurred vision. And I had to turn my head too far to be comfortable. Apparently, this is not uncommon with progressives but it bothered me so much I talked to Maddie Cockriel at Lens Factory and she suggested returning them to see if there was a problem in manufacture. They decided the glasses were made appropriately according to prescription and that blurred peripheral bothers some people more than others. They agreed to convert to distance only lenses and delivered the new lenses without incident. I am very pleased with the final result and especially pleased with the help I received in making the change. I will continue to use Lens Factory as needed in the future

This is the second time I have used Lens Factory for glasses and it has been a great experience each time. Buying on line saves a lot of money and product and workmanship is very good.They make purchasing fast and easy.

I sent my mother's glasses in to put my lenses in. She passed away 14 years ago and I thought this would be a nice way to have her with me. The first go around, they were not correct. After speaking with Maddy, she found out what the problem was, recommended a different tint (since they had to re-do anyway) and they came out perfect. I'm so happy with them now and feel like I have my mom with me every day!

Living in NY all my life I have had glasses made by some of the most prestiges optical companies. I could always tell when I picked up the finished product the quality of the Labs work by one feature. The heads of the screws holding the lens in. Most of the time they were burred and distorted showing the poor work of the labs people. Receiving the glasses from you the screws were perfect showing that your people took pride in their work. Also the finished product was perfect. I will always send any future work to you as needed. THANKYOU

An error occurred when my glasses were shipped to me, and Maddy Cockriel at Customer Support was fantastically helpful in seeing that it was corrected and the right glasses, with upgraded lenses, were sent to me Iickety-split. Mistakes happen, of course, but they're not usually dealt with so swiftly and so cordially. I am very pleased with my glasses.
