I had Trivex lenses placed in a favorite old frame and am very pleased. They are very thin and light. The company seems to have overcome some initial problems with its web site and is now more responsive to customer questions. My only issue is that I ordered (and paid for) transition lenses, but the ones I received do not respond to changes in light.

It adds time with the two way shipping . Seems they are better with simple orders . Others have posted some delays or minor issues . Always great support and end quality product when its all over . I will use them again .

Got my glasses today and the fit is perfect, as though I were there to have them fitted. This is the second time I have used Lens Factory and I am very pleased with the work. This time my order took much longer than I anticipated, this is the only criticism that I have and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

This is my fourth pair of glasses with using this company. The prescription was RIGHT ON. The frame arrived very uneven and off-set. They were sent brand new from the manufacturer so maybe this happened when the lenses were put in... no biggie, just noticeable.

I'm glad you are happy with the lenses. I'm not sure what happened with the frame adjustments and am sorry if they are not done properly. If you would like us to do any adjustments to the frame to correct un-evenness, please reach out to [email protected] We don't want you to settle for glasses that aren't fitted evenly.

My experience with LensFactor was mostly positive. Their website is very easy to use, so ordering replacements was a snap. The only issue was that they use USPS and the box to send in my glasses was lost for nearly three weeks (this is USPS's fault, not LensFactory, but I prefer that vendors use UPS or FedEx). That said, their customer support team was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, I'd recommend LensFactory as a very good way to get replacement lenses.

Love the way they do things. Sending a box with instructions - for free. I sent my old frames and got my glasses back in a timely manner.

Personal service, lowest prices, and perfect glasses made our purchase a pleasure. We could not be more impressed!

Did a ton of research to try and find an online company that can create prescription lenses for my frames without spending a ton of money. The service is very reliable. My only gripe would be that my frames came back to me with a small nick on them. It was small but I noticed it and these frames were expensive. This is a great alternative to dealing with overpriced retail optometrist stores. (L..Crafters tried charging me $550+ for new lenses!!..No Thanks!) Other than that, I have no issues with them and would recommend this service to others.
