It's always a little nerve wracking to use an unfamiliar online company, but everything went fine here. The lenses they made are as good as the ones I've had done locally, the cost was comparable to Costco, and the customer service was excellent. You can opt to have them send you a postage-paid shipping kit which makes it very easy to get your frames to them. I got my glasses back a few days earlier than I expected. Since I had two more frames to fill, I re-ordered, and that process only took about two clicks.

I had purchased a pair of antique Victorian glasses. LensFactory was able to produce a fine quality progressive lens and install into the frames. I was consulted with and advised in a personal manner from beginning to the end. The final product was perfect and cost about 50% of what I anticipated.

I was a little nervous about buying an eyelgass lense online not knowing how the process would work and if I could get some appropriate guidance. With a little probing I found they have support people that will answer your questions and guide you through the process. It was a little slower than buying directly from brick & mortar location but it worked very well. As long as they offer the competitive pricing and great service I received I will buy my next lenses from the Lense Factory.

I recommend anyone who has a good pair of eyeglass frames but needs to replace the lenses use LensFactory. I have a pair of really cool antique metal frames that I sent to LensFactory for fitting with new lenses. They did an excellent job and had them back in about a week. I'll be using them in the future when my prescription changes or if I find another really cool set of eyeglass frames. Excellent service, friendly support and top quality craftsmanship all made this a great choice. I'm telling anyone who needs new lenses to use LensFactory.
