Great service I will be using them again

This is the second time I have utilized the services and on both the occasion the job was done with great accuracy with no compromise to quality. Example: The anti-reflective coat did not wear-out nor did I have any scratches. These lens were used for nearly 18 months and need to mention that the lenses were reasonable priced.

I was very pleased with LensFactory's warranty service on a set of lenses whose AR coating had worn. The support person was easy to work with and the replacement lenses were delivered promptly.

LensFactory's communication and shipping were excellent. The quality of their workmanship to cut the lenses for the submitted prescription was excellent and I would order from this company again.

My glasses are as good as any I've ever had, and at about 1/4 the price of the local store. Very happy!
