Excellent service at a bargain price! The lens were of the highest quality. Maddy(customer service)was very helpful.

I was worried about sending new, nice frames through the mail, but my scratched lenses were replaced quickly and are the same good quality as my previous Lenscrafter's lenses, but only costing me a third of what they wanted to charge. As an uninsured college student, their price wasn't doable, so I opted to go with LensFactory. Thankfully it worked out in my favor! I recommend the anti-reflective coating and the free shipping box option.

High quality lenses, low cost and great service.

I got progressive thin & light polycarbonate photochromatic replacement lenses with a drill mount. The quality of the lenses and the workmanship is excellent and the price is MUCH better than what I could get at a local shop (~200 vs. ~600 dollars).

I had progressive lenses put in some Rayban Wayfarer sunglass frames. They work fine and look good too.
