I used the option to send in my frames with box sent from LensFactory. The box arrived within 2 days. I got progressive lenses with anti glare coating. Couldn't have been happier! Took exactly the time forecasted, about 10-12 business days. Would definitely use the service again. Super fast and easy!!!!

My eye doctor wanted $700.00. For my glasses, and they weren't high density. I sent my frames and Rx in ,and two weeks later i had my glasses.

It was easy to order my new glasses through Lens Factory. They sent me a box to ship my old frames to them, then they made the new lenses to fit my frames. The lenses they used were of excellent quality and with the complementary coatings they put on them, they don't get scratched and they don't reflect the glare. If your tired of paying high prices for glasses that get scratched when you breathe on them, give Lens Factory a try, you'll be glad you did.

Customer service was good. I was happy to be able to change my lens's with little hassel because unfortunately as good as the website was put together I still had questions. Happy with my frames.
