I recently upgraded with prescription for glasses at a local Costco. I also used their company inside the store to buy my glasses. That was a bad mistake. When I decided to give Lens Factory a try I did worry about using the same prescription, thinking maybe Costco got it right, but the doctor got my script wrong. I'm so glad decided to trust the doctor and send my frames and prescription to Lens Factory. I wanted real glass and bifocals (the kind that show) and Lens Factory did a perfect job. I'm tempted to send my spares in for upgrading. I highly recommend Lens Factory, but remember they are only as good as your prescription so get that updated and then don't be afraid to give them a try. It was a seamless process too.

I was a little cautious at first sending my favorite glasses in for new lenses, but they were fast and did an excellent job with the replacement and communication. I have already recommended them to a few friends.

OK, I like many others have too many "old glasses" in my junk draw. Many of the frames are still in fashion. Or I just love them, however with old prescriptions, of no use. Local shops, won't touch them. Customer service, online, answered all my questions. Very quickly, I shipped my frames to LensFactory after easily choosing tint, etc. and within a few days the shipping box arrived, pop in my glasses, drop at post office. . My glasses returned in a very short time and "oh yeah" my old frames, which I loved, now have my new prescription and the tint was perfect. I'm sending in another pair. Excellent service all the way around.

Great customer service: that's something I don't find myself saying often. I purchased a pair of frames elsewhere and ordered lenses from LensFactory to go in them. The frames turned out to be a poor fit for my face, so I contacted customer service to see if they would be willing to cancel and refund my lens order. Minutes later, I had a reply saying the order was refunded in full and they didn't even pass along the charge for the shipping kit I had already received. If I'm ever in the market for custom lenses, I will definitely return to LensFactory.

Very happy that I made the decision to use Lensfactory. I no longer have to accept over inflated prices from retail.
